Terms of Service

The rules for using Squish, including what the app does and does not do on your behalf.

Last updated August 2026

Who you are agreeing with

Squish is operated by Techspace, LLC. By using Squish you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live. Squish is currently offered in the United States and is for personal use, not resale or commercial use.

By setting up alerts you agree to receive push notifications and, if you give us an email address, launch and support emails. You can turn notifications off in iOS settings and unsubscribe from emails at any time.

What Squish does

Squish watches publicly available retailer listings and notifies you when a product you follow restocks at or below the price you set. It is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer or manufacturer.

Squish never buys anything for you. It does not add to your cart, place orders, use bots, or bypass purchase limits. Tapping an alert opens the item in the retailer's own app, where you check out yourself.

No guarantees

Restocks sell out fast and many people get the same alert. Squish gives you an early notification; it cannot promise a product will still be there, or that any given alert arrives on time. Prices come from retailer listings and change without notice, so confirm at checkout.

Subscriptions

Squish is free to download with limited features. Squish+ is billed through your Apple ID and renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. Access runs to the end of the paid period, then you keep the free version. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape what Squish provides, reverse engineer the app, or use it to interfere with retailer systems. We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and you can stop using Squish at any time.

Retailers are not us

Squish is not the seller. We do not control retailer inventory, pricing, fulfillment, returns, or account decisions, and any purchase is governed by that retailer's own terms. Anything that goes wrong with an order is between you and the retailer.

Ownership

The app is licensed to you for personal use, not sold, and we can end that license if you break these terms. The Squish name, logo, and design belong to Techspace, LLC and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Squish is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techspace, LLC is not liable for missed purchases, price changes, or other indirect losses, and any liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Apple App Store terms

This agreement is between you and Techspace, LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support Squish and is not responsible for any claim relating to it. You confirm you are not in an embargoed country or on a restricted-party list. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

Disputes and arbitration

Please write to support@squish.gg first; most things are solved that way. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 45 days, you and Techspace, LLC agree to settle it by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Small claims court remains available to either of us.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing support@squish.gg with the subject line Arbitration Opt-Out. Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Florida. Before filing anything, please write to support@squish.gg so we can try to sort it out.
