Privacy Policy
What Squish collects, what it never collects, and how to have your information removed.
Who we are
Squish is a product of Techspace, LLC. For anything on this page, including privacy requests, write to support@squish.gg. This policy covers squish.gg and the Squish app; it does not cover retailer sites or other services we link to, which have their own policies.
What we collect
Your email address, if you give us one. Your watchlist, so we know what to alert you about. A notification token from Apple, so alerts reach your device. And aggregate visit counts by country from Cloudflare.
We never collect retailer passwords or payment information. You sign in and check out with the retailer directly.
How we use it
Email to tell you when Squish launches and to answer support requests. Watchlists to send restock alerts. Analytics to see where interest is coming from. Nothing else.
We do not sell or share your information, use it for advertising, or treat you differently for exercising a privacy right. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for launch emails and analytics, and on our agreement with you for the alerts you set up.
Cookies and analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only if you accept in the cookie banner, and reports aggregate page views by country. Decline and nothing loads. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking either way.
The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Cloudflare sees your IP and browser details for that check; it is required for the form to work.
Who else touches it, and where
Only Apple, for notifications and Squish+ billing, and Cloudflare, for hosting, bot protection, and analytics. No ad networks or data brokers.
Information is stored in the United States. If you use Squish from elsewhere, it is transferred here.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm, and if Techspace, LLC is ever sold or merged, information transfers with the business under this same policy.
How long we keep it
Email addresses until you ask us to remove yours, or until the launch notice has been sent. Deletion completes within 30 days. Watchlists last as long as your account.
Your rights
Write to support@squish.gg and you can get a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days and never charge for it. In the EU, UK, or Switzerland you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.
Security and children
Information sits on access-controlled infrastructure and travels over encrypted connections. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you without undue delay.
Squish is not directed to children under 13. If a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you by email or in the app if the change is significant.
