Privacy Policy

Who we are

Squish is a product of Techspace, LLC. For anything on this page, including privacy requests, write to support@squish.gg. This policy covers squish.gg and the Squish app; it does not cover retailer sites or other services we link to, which have their own policies.

What we collect

Your email address, if you give us one. Your watchlist, so we know what to alert you about. An Apple-provided code that lets us send notifications to your iPhone. Your collection — a list of products you mark as owned, used to show how the community organizes its collections. Your squad activity, if you join or create a squad: display name, squad membership, and shared wins. Optional website analytics measure visits, how people find and use the site, using a random code that lasts for the current visit. Launch signups may include the product interest and example price limit you choose to send us. If you allow analytics, they may also include how you found Squish, which promotion brought you here and an anonymous friend-invite code. When you create a share link for your collection, we save a copy of that collection and a display name you set in the app, so the shared page can be labelled.

Squish does not connect to your Amazon account or collect your retailer passwords, login tokens or card details. Sign in directly in the Amazon app or your browser. Amazon handles sign-in and checkout; Squish cannot see or verify that session. Updating from an older version removes the legacy Amazon connection data stored by Squish on your device.

How we use it

Email to send the launch notice you requested and to answer support requests. Watchlists and price limits to send alerts about the products and prices you choose. Collections and squads to provide the features you choose. Optional visit information to understand how people find, join and use Squish. These records do not include your email address, store sign-in details, full web addresses or private collection links.

We do not sell or share your information, use it for advertising, or treat you differently for exercising a privacy right. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for launch emails and analytics, and on our agreement with you for the alerts you set up.

Cookies and analytics

Optional website analytics run only after you allow them. They include page views and interactions such as trying the demo, viewing pricing, submitting the launch form and sharing a link. Your browser keeps a random code for the current visit and remembers your privacy choice. The site follows your device’s light or dark setting. Declining does not prevent signup. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal asking us not to track your visit, optional analytics stay off. Change your choice using the Analytics settings button on this page. We delete these visit records after 90 days. The companies that run our website manage their own records of errors and service activity separately.

The signup form uses a Cloudflare security check to stop automated spam. Cloudflare receives your internet address and browser details for this required check.

Who else touches it, and where

Apple provides notifications and Squish+ billing. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, bot protection and optional analytics. Amazon handles retailer sign-in and checkout; Walgreens receives the ZIP code and store requests used for inventory checks. HasData supplies product prices and availability from store pages. We do not send your launch email or individual price preferences to HasData. There are no advertising networks in these flows.

Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Contact us for questions about processing locations.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm, and if Techspace, LLC is ever sold or merged, information transfers with the business under this same policy.

How long we keep it

Email addresses until you ask us to remove yours, or until the launch notice has been sent. Deletion completes within 30 days. Watchlists and collection entries last as long as your account. You can delete individual collection entries in the app, or request full erasure of your data by writing to us. Collection share links and saved copies are deleted automatically 90 days after they are created.

Your rights

Write to support@squish.gg and you can get a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days and never charge for it. In the EU, UK, or Switzerland you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.

Security and children

We limit who can access your information and protect it while it travels between your device and our service. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you without undue delay.

Squish is not directed to children under 13. If a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you by email or in the app if the change is significant.
